PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS

• Rates include all taxes.
• Payments are made to a bank account or by credit card.
• For any cancellation that takes place at least 15 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 14 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit paid.
• In case of non-show, 50% of total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.
